Images from 2002

our front door What? December again? It's almost impossible to believe, at least until we review what we've been up to during the year. Then it becomes much easier to believe that twelve months have gone by since the last Christmas letter....

Welcome to the photo gallery that accompanies our Christmas letter. We hope you enjoy the pictures of what we've been up to for much of 2002. Sorry, no photos of the office... (Bold links below generally go to pictures of our trips. Other links go to other web sites about the topic.)

In April, we visited Karen's parents in Tucson, Arizona.

Have you ever played Riven or Myst? It looks just like this, doesn't it? This is Chiricahua National Monument, in southern Arizona. We also visited Bisbee (an old mining town) and Tombstone.

In July, we visited Racine, Wisconsin, for Karen's 20th high school reunion.

In August and September, we had our old kitchen ripped apart and slowly put back together. We now have ceramic tile floors, Corian countertops, and new lighting.

An animated GIF of the progress is available for those with broadband connections (320kb).

In October, Alan's parents visited and we travelled to Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

During 2002, the Chromatics had 25 concerts. Selected images (150 kb) from these gigs show a bit of the variety of music we perform and venues we played this year. Chromatics press photo

We'll leave you with a photo of what our backyard looks like just before the raking begins. :-)
